Can't login or forgot password?
Let’s get you back into your account! First, since you’ve already created an account with us, be sure to click on the words “Lost Your Password?” just above the “Log In” button on the account page.
Once you’ve clicked “Lost Your Password?” simply type out the email you registered with us and we will automatically send a password reset email to your inbox. That means you’ll need to check your inbox and open up that email next!
Be sure to only click the “Forgot Password?” button once or you’ll receive multiple emails. If this happens, just open the most recent password email we’ve sent to you (you can delete the older ones), otherwise you won’t be able to successfully reset your password. Once you receive a password reset email you have 24 hours before it expires to open it up, click on the link inside and create a new password.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Denmark and over 23 countries throughout Europe. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
Do you offer free shipping?
Within Denmark, we offer free shipping on all subscriptions. In the rest of europe, we do not offer free shipping, but we’re trying hard to keep the shipping costs at an absolute minimum
Subscription questions
When will my coffee ship?
We roast, package and ship the coffee every other Tuesday. You get an email every time we ship your coffee.
If you are a new subscriber, welcome! Your first order was created when you signed up and will roast and ship the first tuesday that we roast, after your order was placed.
How do I modify my Coffeeship Subscription plan?
You can modify your Coffee Subscription by going to your Account, and click on your subscription. From here you’re able to up/downgrade the amount, change the plan, cancel, suspend (up to 6 weeks), change payment or shipping address.
If you want a different amount of coffee, use the “upgrade or downgrade” button under the subscription you want to change. After you make your changes, you will be re-entered through the payment system with an order balance of 0, – as payment will only be made when the next order is generated (on Mondays).
How do I cancel my Coffeeship Subscription Plan?
You can cancel your Coffeeship Plan by going to your Account, and click on your subscription. From here you’re able to cancel or suspend (up to 6 weeks) your subscription.
If you change your mind, you can always reactivate your subscription from your account.
Your subscription must be canceled no later than Sunday to make sure there is no coffee coming the following roast date.

What shipping methods are available for coffee?
Denmark
Private customers are shipped via DAO in Denmark with shipping dates between 1-4 days
Business customers receive their coffee the next day through GLS.
You can also choose to pick up the coffee at Rødder & Vin, at no cost.
Europe
We work with local delivery companies through Deutsche Post, to ensure the fastest delivery. Expect between 2 and 5 workdays. for privat customers.
Business customers receive their coffee within 3 days through GLS
What shipping method are available for brewing equipment?
Denmark
Our standard shipping option for brewing equipment for private customers uses DAO or GLS with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 days.
Our business shipping option uses GLS and will be delivered next day.
You can also choose to pick up the equipment at the wineshop in Nørrebro Rødder & Vin, at no cost.
Europe
We work with local delivery companies through CoolEurope, to ensure the fastest delivery. Expect between 2 and 5 workdays. for privat customers.

What is your return policy?
At Coffeeship, our goal is to provide our customers with impeccable service, delicious coffee, and the highest quality of goods. We want you to be happy, so here is our return policy for coffee and everything else:
Coffee – Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us at info@coffeeship.dk within 30 days of purchase if there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with your coffee. We’d love to help you find something delicious!
Everything Else – If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at info@coffeeship.dk.
Where is my order?
If the order in question is a subscription shipment or a purchase made while signed in to your Coffeeship account, you may check on the status of any of your orders after logging in by going to the ‘Orders‘ section of your account dashboard.
If your purchase was made as a guest user, you can track your order from our website with the order number provided in the order notification email that is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
