Very delicate and intense coffee, flowery with notes of honey. Medium to high acidity with a full body, and a slight sweetness in the aftertaste. Rare for a coffee roast aimed at espresso drinks, it’s a single origin, harvested in Region Do Cerrado Mineiro – Minas Gerais in Brazil.

Packaged in 1 kilo bags, either as whole beans, or pre-ground for espresso.

Apart from achieving the best possible taste from the bean, the roasting profile also ensures a low amount of excess oil greasing the full automatic machine, but isn’t so lightly roasted that it will bust your grinder.
